Maybe a Kurt angle/Mike Tyson exhibition match...... The guy might be a great wrestler but I think time has passed him by. He is almost 40 years old.
George Foreman/Kurt Angle???????

As much as I'm a fan of Kurt Angle...it's hard to believe anything on the internet about him, until I see it with my own eyes. You know how it goes with men in the professional wrestling business, it's A LOT of smoke & mirrors.
I believe it when I hear Dana or some other MMA organization's owner say it themselves. Until then, it's probably just a rumor. Take it with a grain of salt.

i agree kurt could have been very dominate if he went straight to mma. but i think all his injuries, and the abuse he subjected himself too in wwe will come back to haunt him. i think he will have a very short mma career. id like to see him and jeff monson. that would be interesting maybe. but in the end i think that kurt is doomed and should probably stick to make believe fighting.

Angle himself has mentioned several times that he has an interest in entering MMA for a couple of fights, and has recently announced that his first fight will be in 2007 on a radio show. It's all but confirmed, so I'd take it with more than a grain of salt.

Kurt Angle is broken down. He has a severly damaged neck, atrophied arms, loss of hearing in one of his ears, and he tore a bunch of muscles wrestling one match with RVD. The guy is a physical wreck, and I can't see him beating Dan Puder, let alone pretty much anyone in the UFC.
Puder & Angle actually had a bit of a fight on Smackdown. Kurt was put in a kimura, and almost had his arm even more damaged. This was back when he was semi-healthy(Which means he was still in terrible physical shape). Puder was also gassed out from eating pasta, and doing a bunch of stupid obstacle courses.
Puder by whatever he wants in round 1.

I was talking about that last night in another thread. The referee had to count Puder's unpinned shoulders to the mat while he had Angle in the keylock, because Puder was about to embarass the WWE's top star.

Never liked Angle, and I fear he just brings some garbage media attention to the sport. Don't need him, don't want him.

I almost always agree with your posts Damone because you back them up. But not this one. Puder lost that fight because he was supposed to lose that fight, it was the WWE, if you didn't know the fights are FAKE.
I know Angle is battered up but terrible shape is ridiculous. Have you seen him lately? He's not fat, he still is strong as hell, and his will is stronger than any normal man. A BROKEN NECK and still won the Olympic Gold Medal.
What is the most embarrassing for you to write is "Puder by whatever he wants in round 1". The guy is a joke, he is more worried about his image and movies. The guy is a complete ass and just wants to make money not fight. This is him trying to get more WAY MORE MONEY then he know he will vere make. How can someone who wins WWE Tough Enough and has 4 fights against cans and wins them by using pure wrestling to set up EVERYTHING is gonna beat arguably the best wrestler the US has ever seen.
Go get yourself an "I Hurt Kurt" shirt and then you can beat him up like Puder thinks. Hope that shirt holds super powers for the MMA pretty boy and you.......

Here's the funny thing about the whole Kurt vs Puder fiasco: They weren't told that Kurt was going to be shooting on them(the Tough Enough guys). Kurt broke one guy's ribs, and was generally working legit with them. Puder fought back.
Oh, Puder is not very good, but Kurt's just in such bad shape, that I think Purder would have his way with him. I'm not really being disrespectful to Angle(Though I never thought much of him as a worker). I think the whole "I Hurt Kurt" gimmick that Puder's doing is pathetic myself. It's like that one guy in college who made out with a hot drunk girl. He never shuts up about it, and it's not a huge deal in the first place.
