Yeah I'm pretty sure Anderson has said he isn't aware of any elbow problem. Can't be bothered to find the source, you'll have to take my word for it
Dana White said at the press conference this would put Vitor near a title shot, but can imagine what Hendo is going to see if it does happen lol

I don't think so. If it is possible, he would have to just destroy Franklin... I don't see that happening. And even if that happens I still see Hendo and Marquardt ahead of him.

If Vitor Belfort wins then he is the next man to face Anderson Silva for sure..
It bound to draw big crowds..

That wasn't exactly a decisive win. he definitely was dominant on the ground but there wasn't a finish or anything. And it's not like A. Silva wants to groundfight. Belfort has a good chance on the feet, possible better than Hendo's.

I think that hendo has a better chance of beating silva overall, but vitor has a much better chance if the fight stayed standing. Hendo is a one trick pony in the stand up department (well, two trick pony if you consider him falling every time he throws a kick a trick). I know that his only punch is a damn good one, but there is no chance in hell of him catching silva with that big loaded up right.

Franklin has been beaten by Hendo, but Dan didn't get the shot, why should Vitor?
We know Hendo doesn't want to fight Marquart, so if Vitor wins I see Marquart vs Vitor for the #1 contender with Dan pissing off to LHW.

I think that Dan has made peace with the fact that he is fighting Nate next regardless of anything else. On the mma weekly show on hd net he said that his next two fights were going to be nate and silva regardless of the order.

Yes it would! If Belfort is marketable enough the UFC would be more then delighted to make Silva vs. Belfort if he beats Franklin.
