Diego would win this one, I'm sure of it!

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

Hughes wouldnt be able to handle Diegos standup. I think Diego would be able to avoid most takedowns and he is amazing off his back and I could see him pulling off a sub. I would have to go wtih Diego third round KO or UD.

Diego. Can't wait to see this battle.
I think Diego will wait out until after the Hughes/GSP 3 fight and take either the winner or loser. No BJ, because he is rumored to coach TUF and then fight the other TUF coach Jens Pulver at 155 next.

Hughes by submission.

The hard work of one, does more than the prayers of millions.

I always thought Hughes would win this fight...but I beleive Diego would come out on top now. Why? Simply because Diego thinks so.

I hate diego because he comes across as so arrogant but ***gy...yet he always knows what he is talking about. Diego is not overconfident, he is just very sure of himself. If Diego believes he can now beat Matt Hughes, he probably can.

I am DYING to see this fight, much more so than BJ penn vs Sanchez. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ammend the next matchups to have Diego vs Hughes @ UFC 67 and then the winner vs GSP @ UFC 69. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE oh PLEASE Dana. I do not want Hughes losing to GSP again and THEN facing Diego. Hughes has all the heart in the world but two losses in a row is a bit much, especially when they will probably come by TKO.

Most MMA fights...you can tell who is going to win. Diego for Hughes will be exciting if only because you cannot. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dana white...PELASE!!!

My Top 5

(0. Fedor)
1. Cro Cop
2. GSP
3. Mauricio RuA
4. Quinton Jackson
5. BJ Penn

id rather see him fight penn and lose and i dont think bj is going to drop the only reason he would drop is to fight pulver to avenge a loss he had but then he would come back up and get his rematches with hughes and gsp bj is known to only want to fight the best

I like Hughes. Diego hasn't fought a really big/strong dude yet. The only really A class fighter he fought was Karo and that wasn't a cake walk for him. I say Hughes because of his strength and exprience. Now way either of them can beat GSP, he's staying on top for a while.
