Shane Carwin New Workout Schedule for UFC 106

Quote:
Hope all of you guys are doing good. I have been training hard and I can feel myself getting faster and stronger. Yesterday at Grudge we had guys like Brendan Schaub, Ron Waterman, Nate Marquardt and so many more just blasting away at one another. I think I get beat up more in the practice room then most of my fights.

Here is the new training schedule
\Mon Wed and Fri
Early morning run everyday
11-1 Lifting
5:30-7 Grudge Training Center (MMA, Kickboxing, MMA Grappling, Boxing) (Coach Trevor Wittman)
8-9pm Eastons BJJ trained by Nick Kline

Tuesday and Thursday
9:30am-12:00pm Grudge Training Center (MMA, Kickboxing, MMA Grappling, Boxing) (Coach Trevor Wittman)
4-5 UNC Wrestling )Coach Leister Bowling)

Saturday
9:30-11:00 Grudge Training Center (MMA, Kickboxing, MMA Grappling, Boxing) (Coach Trevor Wittman)
11:45-till done Honey Do List from Lani

During my breaks at work I will usually do some sort of cardio. My meals are all prepared around this schedule and my nutrition team at Max Muscle Greeley fill in all the gaps with my supplements.

Thanks again for all of your support. In between workouts or even on my break I check the internet and your well wishes revitalize me. If we win this World Title it will be a Team Carwin effort so hold your head high and know I am working harder then ever for my toughest test ever.

I would like to thank Warrior Wear, Max Muscle, Magnetic Marketing, MTX Audio, the greatest fighter ever Fedor, the WWE and last but not least (with all jokes aside) my lovely wife, son, future daughter and the rest of my family thank you for helping me become who I am.

how is he still working with that schedule? He must have taken time off from work or something to do this.

How does he have time to get online after all that, you would think he would just want to relax or sleep.

I wouldn't have enough energy to do any of the stuff he does after that schedule.

I actually can't wait for this fight and want to see him land one clean one on Brock to see if Brock can really take a "real" punch. But the workouts these top MMA guys go through is nuts!

1. BJ "The Prodigy" Penn
2. Dan "Hollywood" Henderson
3. George "Rush" St Pierre

The guy is a freaking horse...to be honest I'm surprised he hasn't put MORE stuff into his routine (if that's even possible) Let's hope this training pays off and we have a NEWWWWWW UFC Champion!!

he needs to get off Fedor's nutsack

if he's feeling stronger and faster, then it's going to be a very interesting fight!
