GrabthemCakes can only hope to improve
I bet Brandon "Walsh" Vera AND Randy "Macho Man" Couture agree on wanting Kerry Vera to beat the hell out of Kim

If Vera is hungry enough for this he can win it. Randy Couture has the ability to take the heart away from fighters who aren't ready for a war. If Vera isn't prepared mentally, or has an false-inflated confidence, he will lose.

I'm not sure Vera can stop Randy from taking him down habitually, I don't care about his BJJ, I don't think it will be enough against Randy from the bottom. Vera needs to strike from a distance, refuse Randy's takedowns, and knock him out if gets the opportunity. Vera should be improving his power, because he WILL be able to hit Randy in this fight, whether it will matter is something different.

i think Randy has the better wrestling, in his own way he is a good striker, Vera is faster and has a longer reach, but I think these are things Randy can overcome - he stood with Brock for a long time which no one else has done, stood with Tim which no one else had done, and did well v Nog too. Randy will find a way to win, Vera will find a way to lose.
But it's close I wouldn't bet money on it either way.

haha hell yea!

people are underestimating randy way too much. you know what the weird thing is, with fighters like machida it takes a while for everyone to come around and i can say i told you so after everyone gets on the ban wagon, but randy has been kicking ass forever and people still always count him out, i dont get it, and like i always say, whoever brought up the record thing, who cares about records ya know. this isn't baseball, noone cares about the stats or averages.
