Tito might win because CHuck may overtrain and fight injured. Other than that, he doesn't have that much of a prayer. Don't get me wrong, I respect the hell out of Tito, I just don't think he's going to topple Chuck, especially not at this point in Chuck's career. But you never know, he is one heck of a fighter. I think if Tito had a chin as strong as Mark Hunt's, he could certaintly take it to a decision most of the time.

My Top 5

(0. Fedor)
1. Cro Cop
2. GSP
3. Mauricio RuA
4. Quinton Jackson
5. BJ Penn

Damn man, I wouldn't say that about any MMA fighter. I don't think that a man willing to go into the cage and fight for the right to walk out of the cage under his own power can be considered a "punk ass..."

Tito has no chance!

Tito doesn't have a chance against Chuck! Anyone who believes he does is fooling themselves. I mean what is your thinking as to why Chuck would lose? Ground and pound? I believe Mr Liddel has the best take down defense ever seen in the octagon! So ground and pound and lay on your opponent the whole fight isn't going to happen! Tito K.O.ing Chuck? I think not! Winning a decision? Highly doubt this outcome since it would require Tito to DUCK CHUCK for five rounds. I agree with the post earlier that you must earn respect to get respect. Tito has shown strides in his maturity since his belt days when he was nothing more than a hot bag of air. He still has to make more strides for the fans that remember his early UFC days to get more respect!

"when he was nothing more than a hot bag of air" First of your forgetting how he won the belt which was against some guy named silva and he wasnt just a flash in the pants. Tito defended the belt five times and was pretty much untouchable.... What people have to remember is that tito is one of the strongest 205 pounders around and if he can use his strength right he MAY have a chance....

LHW: Ortiz, Shogun, Rampage and Alexander

Ortiz couldn't finish Griffin, Belfort or Cote in fact the only person he's actually finished since his victory over Elvis Sinosic is an elderly Ken Shamrock. So what makes you think that all of a sudden he's going to walk through someone who is far better than all the fighters who have given him so much trouble?

Use your head and try to look past the hard on that Tito's immature pro-wrestling antics gives you. You think because he acts like a cocky arrogant prick that it makes him a great fighter and it doesn't...you know why he acts the way he does? Because he's not skilled enough to draw an audience without it. He's all hype and you suckers have swallowed it happily.

I cant wait to see him humiliated by Chuck...again.

half of what you say is bullshit first of all.
if tito sucks so much then why did he murder evan tanner, beats wanderlei silva, belfort go 5 with randy. neither randleman, belfort or chuck could go 5 with randy when he was in his prime.

ortiz did in fact get poked in the eye, and before that happened chuck barely pulled out the first round striking, tito didnt even want to go for a takedown until it was way to late.

now i think chuck can win but not very easily, i woudlent be suprised if tito won.

It only takes one mistake from chuck and he will get taken down and will get dominated with elbows and punches, i mean randy couture owned him and he is no where near as aggressive as tito is on the ground......... But with that being said If tito makes a wrong move whilst trying to stand with chuck or looking for a takedown he might cop a kick to the head or a ko punch. As you can tell im sitting on the fence with this fight.

Suppose Tito's dream comes true and he gets Chuck on the ground and starts hitting him with punches and elbows. Chuck has just as hard of head, just as good at squirming away from direct impacts as Forest. He might hurt him but he won't finish him, and Tito will gas. Chuck's stand-up is way better than Griffin's and if the fight ends up with them being on their feet as much as the Tito-Forest bout, Chuck will knock Tito out.

If you actually believe that Tito Ortiz is anywhere near the fighter Couture was you need to log off immediately and stop making a fool of yourself.
