Sure will.
Cardio
ex. Dancing an intense 3-5 min. routine followed by a short rest and repeating would be great cardio(interval) for MMA.
Verticle Core Activation, Strength, Power
ex. Picking up, carrying, catching, twisting or tossing his female counterpart will be great exercise for MMA.
Balance, Coordination, Agility
ex. Following quick rhythmic patterns in the Jive for example will help to develop greater speed, balance, agility and coordination.

I guess that's kinda my thinking. If there was one area, I thought he needed to focus on, it would be footwork and foot coordination. After watching his dances, I don't really see phenomenal coordination. And I have seen this is other pro athletes on the show. It shows there's a lot of room for improvement in that area.

I think he will come back better. He seemed bored with fighting and need a bit of a break. Hopefully he will come back with more passion for the sport.

If he does, I hope he fights Rampage. Page is scary, but something keeps telling me, Chuck could actually beat him, if he tweaks a few things. But that's the first loss I'd like to see him avenge, especially since he dropped two fights to him.

He needs to stop being a one trick pony if he wants to still be relevant at the top. If his wrestling is so great he should take guys down and beat them up and wear on them when they are getting the better of him standing. No ones flash KOing him if they are on their back.
"Jason taylor said he lost something like 3 percent body fat and felt faster cause of the show. And he was still playing football at an amazing level. He wasnt retired or anything."
Didn't Jason Taylor miss like half the nfl season due to injury and have the worst year of his career.

Aint gonna happen. At best, Chuck will add to his striking, perhaps by working on stand up defense in the area of footwork. Not sure he really has GnP in him. That would be cool, though, if he came back as GSP. But that kind of game takes years to develop. Perfecting what he does is his best bet. He does need to add kicks a little more often. He needs better defense. I think years he actually liked getting hit. That just won't fly these days.
But I actually still believe his stand up is sufficient enough to handle anyone in the UFC (except maybe Loyoto).

This will help Chucks stamina, agility, and balance. Personally if Chuck keeps his hands up and uses his wrestling to actually take people down and do some GnP he will be a top contender. Were talking if his hands were up against Rashad, Rashad would be another highlight reel knockout via that uppercut.

Man it's so hard to say if chuck will ever come back or if he should, and i don't think foot work is that big of a deal, maybe the cardio aspect. but something just isn't the same about him, his punches are a little slower and he can't take punches like he used to, i mean youre right, i think he was winning against rashad up until the KO, not that anything big was going on but chuck had timed rashads leg kicks and everything, and against Rua, who knows i thought for sure he should've had that fight in the bag, i don't even think he needs to involve i just think his body isn't a fighters body anymore, and im the biggest chuck fan there is
