Frank Shamrock vs Tito Ortiz(UFC 22) is my favorite MMA fight of all time. Just a great chess match, where conditioning was the main piece to the puzzle. Frank was scary good when he's "on". There has never been another MMA fight that has engulfed me like Frank vs Tito.
As usual, Damone imparts the wisdom fo the MMA Gods upon you foolish mortals and chooses the same fight I did. This was the Ali v Frazier of MMA when it happened and Frank was thought to be in serious trouble due to Ortiz' size & power.
Since Damone took the obvious first choice, I will go with one that many people overlook and say Pete Williams v Mark Coleman. Possibly still the greatest example of the danger a striker poses to any other style, topped off with the sickest knockout ever. I still don't know how Coleman didn't have to get his whole grill rebuilt.
