It wouldn't surprise me really but all fighters wouldn't be up for it.

Edit : That took me 2 hours to get that posted! lol I don't think Hughes should get a rematch straight away anyway. There should be a few up and comers to face the exchamp so they don't take things for granted.
why would a fighter have to fight at every event? say they have 8 fights per PPV, that's 16 fighters. you're saying they don't have at least twice that? they can certainly have fighters fight every 3 PPV's. i mean, come on... if you're not ready in 3-4 months for any fight, then you're a waste of time!!!

whiskey, racism, money, grease, twinkie's, guns.....yep lol thats about it

I'm saying the fight cards after a supercard would be quite short on REAL IMPRESSIVE fighters then they wouldn't bring the same frenzy for seats and PPV's. I just don't think there's enough fighters in the UFC with that kind of attraction yet. Hence the shambolic drama fights that's been spoke about on another thread.

This is my DREAM MATCHUP! I have been wanting to see this fight for years!!!!!!!!! This fight would be so ****ing awesome.

BJ would not be able to use his balance and flexibility very well with Karo's takedowns. Karo's TDs are inevitable with the way he uses leverage. He will take BJ down anytime he wants, but the question is would he want to? There's so many possibilities for this fight. It could stay standing cuz maybe Karo would be afraid of getting caught in a sub on the ground, or maybe Karo will just use his takedowns to get him down, pound him for a minute, then get back up and go for another power takedown and pound again and repeat, rinse, repeat. Karo has some sick Kimura's lemme tell ya if he gets a hold of someone's arm during a takedown he can make people tap in mid-air. But this is BJ. All I know is I would not bet on this fight but I would pay a shitload just to watch it. This fight would have the makings to be the best fight in MMA history IMHO!

Wow you get rep for having such an unbiased opinion. Because I know how much you love BJ. Not that I dont automatically give you and pt rep every time I've spread enough out anyway.

Yea but I'm about to move Karo to #3 and take Shamrock out cuz he doesn't even fight anymore. I just need to think of someone to take Karo's spot. Still can't decide, maybe Wandy, Chuck, or Shogun.

Karo and BJ in 7-8 years are both gonna be insanely good.

I'll say 3-5 years for BJ and 6-8 years for Karo. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think BJ is in his prime yet.
