Nothing at all. Other the the blatant obvious at this point which is that the dude probably would have faired better if he were on Rashads team.

I dont really think he was talkin alot of shit, more like validating what people saw on the show that night....Rampage didn't even want to give up his stool for the guy....WTF

The kid has potential and def is in no position to call someone out but if he is asked thats a different story.

I'd talk shit too if my coach didn't show up on time because he had to go get some food. What's Rampage gonna do about it, have his stunt double beat him up? I know he's a great fighter, but this guys just seemed like even more of a prick since tuf. I just wish Rashad would have kicked his ass in the cage.

Is it just me or is Kimbo the coolest cat on the show?

And whats with the lack of Wes Sims? this season blows profusely, i thought Wes would be tearing the house up.

Has he even had 1 minute camera time?

I'd guess it's because Dana doesn't really want/need him in the UFC. Plus the fact that all the focus is on Kimbo and the coaches.

Rampage needs to check himself, it's definitely not cool how he's been acting lately. Rashad on the other hand, has really surprised me. Underneath all the flashiness, he seems to be a genuinely nice guy. It just goes to show that you really can't judge a book by it's cover.

I don't think that Demico has considered what he has to gain. There's an argument that he can gain some credibility by pointing out that his loss on the show might have been impacted by the conditions under which he fought (and I think that those conditions definitely had something to do with it). But I don't think Demico was thinking about that.

What Demico was thinking about probably goes something like this:

Quote:
Rampage would rather get a sandwich than get my hands wrapped and warm me up? What a sh*tty coach.
And he's right. Rampage has been a terrible coach.

No coach in the history of the Ultimate Fighter has gone 0-4 in the first four matchups. A few have gone 1-3 (after all, Rampage did it on season seven, but he's not the only coach). But, the fact of the matter is, he's gone 0-4.

Whether it's because he picked a bad team or because he doesn't understand how to train fighters, or because he doesn't have a great coaching staff like Rashad does isn't really relevant. All of those are things Rampage is responsible for.

Still, an error as blatant as not helping a fighter warm up in a reasonable time frame, and leaving the team to sit in the room wondering where you are was stupid. It can't be apologized away. If I were Demico, I'd be a lot more pissed than he is.

I could go on and on about how stupid Rampage was in picking his team. The only smart choice he made, in my opinion, was picking Wes Shivers, but given that Shivers has proven time and again that he can't compete in the top tier, it may not end up being that good a choice.

He's lucky he's got Junk and Jones. Those are both guys who, depending on who they get matched up with, have a legitimate shot at winning.

The best guy to beat Junk, in my opinion, was Madsen, because of the wrestling background. But Wren can definitely beat him if that fight happens. If Junk gets somebody else, then he can definitely be one of the Team Rampage guys who advances.

Marcus is a giant, and I think he's going to present a lot of problems for whoever he fights. While there's been a lot said about his conditioning, I don't care. Having a 290 pound guy coming after you takes a lot out of you and if Marcus leans on one of these guys or lands a few good shots, it's going to make any cardio difference inconsequential, because they're going to break down from the punishment.

Actually, I think Wren is one of the best matchups for Jones. I think Wessel is also a good matchup. He's got good wrestling, solid strikes and would definitely be quicker. He's also a phenomenally conditioned athlete and, if he can avoid taking punishment, he could exploit the potential cardio advantage.

Mitrione, in my opinion, is like Marcus Jones, only smaller and less experienced. I think Rashad should avoid that matchup, if he wants to shut out Rampage.
