His passion, attitude, and willingness to respect others is just beyond me. I believe it will make him a great coach later on if he doesn't become a French-Canadian movie star.

He's probably got a bunch of people watching how he trains, what he eats, and checking up on his body in general. I read somewhere that he has a specific diet now which most likely contributes a lot to muscle recovery in order to allow him to train more. I do agree that he takes easy days in order to recover all together. This guy's dedication is just....

This is what happens when a guy with amazing natural talent and physique decides to train every single day, absolute greatness. Honestly the respect and admiration I have for this man is bordering obsession, I love his work rate even if he was given all the natural gifts possible.

Like a mofo possessed by demons.

I'd love to know what some of the components of GSP's maximum muscle recovery diet are.

That speaks well of his discipline, as he said he's never really dieted per se before.

I guess what I'm not sure about is whether he trains in a camp for a few months before a fight like most other fighters, or does he train 24/7 all year? Is he in peak condition always, fight or not?

I love him.

I heard six as well and I don't want him to fight Anderson Silva. I like a consistent champion that likes his division.
