Ed Soares?

I was watching the UFC 104 presser on UFC.com a minute ago and i saw Ed Soares sitting with Machida. This got me to wondering, how much money does this guy make? He manages some of the best fighters in the game, guys like Machida, Anderson Silva, Junior Dos Santos, etc. Does a guy with high profile fighters like that make a lot of money?

Like every agent/manager he probably gets % of whatever his fighters make.

It's 10-20% most of the time.

Yeah, he gets a %age of the fighters purses.
He also gets to sell his fighters time to interviews for magazines etc.

Most managers are involved in brand running and the media. So he's making a pretty nice living, not massive, but I reckon he lives very comfortably

^This^

The guy is doing great job and deserves every dollar he is making. Should make about as much money total as Silva/Machida do when you add up everything, but he also deals with so much paperwork that its all deserved.

It looks like a demanding job. You always see him on the wing of the champions, and when your managing 2 champions, things must get busy.

Don't forget both Nogs, JDS, Filho, Jacare and Feijao. Basically its a huge list of high caliber fighters in different organizations to manage. He is doing pretty well though. xD
