OFFICIAL Salaries For UFC Fight Night - Sanchez vs. Riggs

Hi guys:

Last month, UFCjunkie.com posted the official salaries from UFC 65, and this forum sent a lot of people to my site to see them. So, I thought you guys might be interested in the UFC Fight Night 7 salaries from last week's event in California.

Here are the main guys:

Marcus Davis: $10,000
Shonie Carter: $10,000

Karo Parisyan: $24,000
Drew Fickett: $10,000

Josh Koscheck: $14,000
Jeff Joslin: $3,000

Diego Sanchez: $32,000
Joe Riggs: $14,000

still relatively little... once that deal with HBO hits... up go the salaries to the guys they tell Dana to have fight!!!

So whats the incentive for winning besides a closer shot at the title if the loser makes the same thing as the winner???

The incentive is that they would have gotten paid less if they lose. For example, Marcus Davis would have gotten 5 grand if he lost but since he won he got an extra 5five.

Abosolutely pathetic, these guys deserve more and the pay-outs definitley need to be restructured, losers in any match making more than a winner in any match just doesn't make any sense in my book.
