You know. When Liddel first left the UFC, I was almost excited because I hoped he'd go back into training for a few years and come back better than ever and be able to contend with guys like Machida and the Shogun. But reality set in when I heard about Dancing With The Stars. He's an old guy and even though a few older guys can hang witht he big time fighters. Liddel seemed to have lost the will by the end. In his last fight he looked crappy, and his physique looked like he'd lost a lot of muscle mass though he looked thinner in his notoriously constant beer-gut.

Its a shame though. He was a king for a long time.

The only fight I'd like to see rematched is him and Rampage. I think they fought right before Chuck's prime and right after it. If he does have to come back and do one more bout, that's the one I'd want to see. Somehow, he'd have to get back in prime form like he did against Wandi. If he doesn't Page will work in over.

I think he deserved an immediate rematch, but they had to give Henderson his shot, which also made sense, and then Chuck started losing, so what can you do. I still think Chuck could win that one. Apart from that, let it go.
