Forrest.
1. He'll be super hungry for it after being embarassed by the Silva loss, and the subsiquent hate from the MMA community over his exit of the ring.
2. Tito hasn't fought in what? two years? How does that usually work out for fighters and their cardio?
3. The first match. Forrest looking for vengance after being robbed (imo) in that one, and Tito may feel it's in the bag having already beat him before.
I am definitely pulling for Forrest on this one. This is a big test for both fighters. Forrest needs to prove that he is still relevant in the LHW picture after losing to Silba and Evans. Tito on the other hand needs to prove himself to be as good as he says after his back surgery.
I love me some Tito, but he MUST close the distance in this fight. He cant turn this into a kickboxing match.
Im rooting for Tito here. But I think this is going to be a tough fight for him, Forrest has improved alot. But if Tito shows up in great shape, he could wrestle himself to a decision win.
My head says Forrest by UD, by using angles, legkicks, and superior hands.
My heart says Tito by UD, by being the physically stronger man and using his vintage ground and pound.
I will be my life this fight goes the distance.

i think it has a very good chance of going to distance. forrest doesnt throw punches with big KO power and neither does Tito.
I hope tito wins I hate them both. But after the silva loss Forrest ran out like a child and that was the second time he did that the first was to jardine. Common grow up take a loss like a professional not like a spoiled brat.
Tito really doesn't have a shot of beating Forrest. In the first fight, Forrest was just beggining his career in the UFC and Tito pretty much tried to lay and pray the entire fight.
