Just watched MMA Live on ESPN here in UK actually. A word of warning to UK fans though, they do reveal the winner of the latest Ultimate Fighter episode (which isn't shown over her until Saturday night), so if you SKY+ or PVR'd it then be prepared to have the TUF episode spoilt for you.

Dunno how often this show is on, but it was on at 00:30 Saturday morning. (about 1 hour ago). I guess it's the same next week, but don't quote me on that as I've not seen schedule yet.
