Everyone says he is trying to make a name of this fight, that may be true, he has knocked Brock for his antic's ,However....Shane Carwin is a very educated man and i believe he was really disgusted by Brock's actions after the Mir fight....

Able to put those feelings aside and say things like Carwin did in that article just makes me respect him more....

This is a dumb question but what happened with Brock after the Mir fight? I don't remember if I was at the bar and couldn't hear or if I was at a party and just was too f*cked up to remember but I just have no idea what people are talking about when they mention it and it's starting to bother me and make me curious.

If Lesnar said the same type of thing if Carwin was injured he would be called a fake.

Just saying.

I dunno, I mean at the end of the day, LesnNAR did have respect for Randy and i think he does have a heart or compassion......

Most people once they learned the actual severity of this situation have rallied around Brock, at least i have, i have seen any people state they hate him but certainly wouldnt want this and hope he gets well first and foremost....

I believe you would see the same if it were reversed.....

It's not like Carwin didn't have an alternative in what to say, he could've say that he didn't care about Lesnar and he would be happy to get a title shot regardless of the opponent.

He could've said that Lesnar was gifted his shot and won only thanks to the circunstances with Couture coming of a long lay-off, and Mir only beating Nog because of the Staph infection.

This really is a pointless thread. If you have seen interviews with Carwin before or read about his life. He is an awesome guy, a true human being and a perfect role model for younger men.

ome of you fans are so stupid. Shane did not have to come out and sayy anything. He said this because he truly believes what he said. what impressed me the most was the fact that he challenged fans and said blasting brock is doing the same thing you are hating him for.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice thing to say, but this is a case of "Do as I say, not as I do" and I don't really know what to think about Carwin.
he bashed brock for his antics but he says here that people shouldn't make fun of his illness now because it is serious.

nobody is saying that you cant talk shit about fighters. carwin is just now saying that illness like this is serious and people need to respect this fact.

i agree with carwin and props to him for saying it to the media. I also somewhat agree with WL2FU tho, in some respects anyway
