I had respect for Mr.Bungle, before his replies in this thread.

anywho

Altough fights/ decisions can be biased, and changed, im doubting Chuck will throw less overhand rights, and with MMA its not a case of "hit me good i will drop". Because if he hits you good, YOU WILL DROP.

Im not saying "maybe" it wont happen in small fights to bring someone into the frame that maybe would not make it (which IMO thats what TUF is for, maybe not bad fighters, but second chance fighters) but not MAIN fights. Plus Dana isnt gonna go for that ( he LOVES the sport, nevermind the money) nevermind the IceMan who will NOT let it go 5 rounds

Now back to my thoughts...

There have been about a half dozen very questionable decisions in the past year or so and the only pattern I'm seeing is that they ultimately end up being a good thing for the UFC bank account. Not only questionable decisions be unusual stoppages, overlooking rule breaking like holding the fence, holding to an opponents shorts, etc.

There's more than one way to fcuk with the outcome of a fight...I remember when Tyson was making his big comeback he was getting so much leeway from the referees that it was ridiculous, he wasn't being called for blatant fouls he got the slowest standing 8 count in boxing history, etc...so it dont kid yourself that it doesn't happen.

You people need to quit being sheep...think for yourselves for once and dont swallow everything your fed.

*I'm not naming the questionable decisions, etc because I dont want this to turn into an argument about each incident but they've been posted about extensively in these forums. But for some reason the average UFC fan has the memory of a goldfish and they forget about it immediately after the next UFC commercial*

I can't remember if I replied to this thread or not yet...but if I didn't - here's what I have to say.

Chuck Liddell shouldn't be concerned one bit with this Ortiz fight.

Tito isn't any different of a fighter than he was the first time he fought Liddell. He might be a bit improved, but he's not different. He talks all this stuff on these hype packages about "I believe I CAN strike with Liddell..." - c'mon man. He telegraphs his jab all the time, and he has NO KO punch. Period. It's going to be the same old Ortiz.

He'll try and jab his way inside on Liddell to set up the shot. BAM - he gets hit a couple times with some counter bombs, he'll take a sloppy shot from WAY outside like he did against Forrest. Ortiz won't be able to finish those types of shots on Liddell. Forrest had a decent sprawl - but it's not on Chuck's level. This fight will stay on the feet, right where Tito doesn't wanna be (no matter what he says).

Same outcome as you can see in my avatar. Only this time, I see this fight ending middle/late 1st round.

Bring on Rampage please.
