He explained they do this several days out from the fight but they are training at much higher weights than they actual fight at......he claimed it gave them an advantage..quoting again " thats why they do so well here".....

He did mention I.V's but other than that...he wouldn't get into specifics....now i realize this is just a conversation, but it is with a guy that trained at ATT and now fights with Pro Team so I listened with an open ear....

Also I see Thiago Alves all the time and the guy is seriously like easy over 200, this guy has rolled with him and what he says and how he describes it, along with the history of this camps fighter's...I believe it's true, he was pointing them out on the website one by one...

Well I'm not gonna call that guy a liar, but I do wonder if perhaps the numbers have gotten a little exaggerated over time and telling. It does seem possible, but I can't think of any fighters that are widely known to cut that much. I mean 35 lbs, that's 5 1/2 gallons of water, I would be worried for someone's health putting that much mass back into a person that size that quickly. I suppose IV's would really help though.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?

Yeah I hear ya I played telephone that one time in class and the story def changed by the time the last kid told it...the only reason I answered was because I probed him on it..the weights I mean...he was "supposedly" 158 at the time and says he fights at 125....whoa..

Skinny as all hell though so yeah I tend to agree and lean towrds the concern of that much pure liquid weight leving your body....even with an I.V. there must be some after effects of doing this....
