Quoted for truth. Saying you fought with a cracked skull does it for me though. I'd like to meet the doctor that cleared Tito to fight with a "cracked skull".

Yeah I have a very hard time believing that he would have been cleared to fight.

Psh, the headline of this thread alone gave me a headache, there's no way I'm reading that article.

Why is this guy getting so many post-fight interviews? Quit giving him a pedestal, leeches!

Ha ha, totally! Tito is 100% the Classy Freddie Blassie or Jimmy 'Mouth of the South' Hart type. Just don't let him have a cane or a weapon as his gimmick, he'd be doing all that distract the ref stuff and tripping fools.

Tito Ortiz has lost his mind. Either that or he really did bust his head.

Tito pretends that he doesn't care what people think of him.
He says he doesn't care, but makes up lame excuses to cover up his insecurities. If he didn't care, he wouldn't make excuses and wouldn't be such a baby trying to save face after a loss. Who cares if one judge gave it to Forrest 30-27, that didn't change the fact that he was going to lose anyways.

The genius of the whole thing is that people hate him for his excuses, for his antics and his attitude. With that hate Tito has made a lot of money but that train isn't going to last forever. His last performance was embarrassing to say the least (3rd round) and that's gonna grow old with MMA fans. If he keeps the same attitude and puts on good fights, people will still come and watch him. I personally think he's never going to make it back to the big slams and viscious GnP and he will go the way of Shamrock.

I don't mind feeding the Tito threads, he has been a big part of MMA and deserves some credit for that. But he needs to bow out with some dignity. Who do they get him to fight next? Could it end up worse than his fight with Forrest? I'd prefer to watch these older legends go out w/o tainting their records and leave us with all the good memories. Think of Chuck w/o the Rashad and Shogun KO. Think of Cro Cop w/o the Kongo loss, JDS verbal submission. Think of Shamrock with the countless embarrassing KO's. The list goes on....fold your cards Tito.

I don't know if he's surrounded himself with enough yes-men that he actually believes what he's saying, or if he just wants to get publicity via people saying "I can't believe how full of shit he is."

Tito brings a slice of the WWE to the UFC, perhaps thats why Dana was so eager to bring him back, even though I don't see him sticking around long if he can't sort his cardio out, cause unless he's gonna fight some old timers he'll be murdered against anyone really competing in the division.
