Personally, I think Rothwell will take it. Remembering the Cain fight, he took a savage beating, and even though he was done, gave it his all. Plus Rothwell is a pretty good striker, from watching other fights of his. Cro Cop will only win with a flash KO kick; is my belief, but then again...we won't know till it happens.

On nother note, I hope he isn't done, and I hope he redeems himself. But my money and respect is still for Big Ben Rothwell.

Sorry to say it, I think he's done. I'm not sure if there is anything official out there, but I believe that after JDS broke his eye socket or something, he said he was done and that he didn't have "it" anymore.

EDIT: When is he fighting Ben?

Cro Cop use to be an elite heavyweight. But he hasn't beaten anybody in the UFC. Eddie Sanchez, Mustapha Al Turk, who? At first, I thought the Gabriel Gonzaga knockout was a fluke, everybody gets caught at one point in their career, except for Machida for now. I expected him to comeback and reclaim his place as a top heavyweight. What happened? He got gangraped by Cheick Kongo. Granted, Cheick is a killer, but he's not a top UFC heavyweight. Cro Cop will be doomed to beating up the Al-turks of the UFC for the rest of his UFC career. I think Rothwell will take him. Cro Cop is a one trick pony. The second Ben is inside of head kick range, he will beat on Cro Cop.

It must be a coincidence that he stopped caring (oh let me think do I care about getting my eye socket bashed in like a little pissy) or kick ass and make millions...hmmmmmm....seems he stopped "caring" when he stepped up in competition and got his @ss beat left and right.

I think I heard something about cro cop hiring a Psychiatrist to help prepare him mentally for his fights after the JDS loss.I hope he gets back in form mentally.

You can't deny he fought against and held his own against the top fighters in the world in pride... he had a pretty even match vs fedor, not many can say that.He also beat Wandy and a ton of others.

Not caring, as in, he lost his mental edge.He used to be a killer in pride.He doesn't look like he use to, I think alot of his confidence he used to have is gone.

He did fight some good competition, I agree. The thing is though, Fedor exposed his huge weakness awhile ago but its just recently that people really take advantage of that and it is a lot easier to do in a cage. Fedor got in his face and pressured him in Pride and beat him, Mark Hunt did the same thing. Crocop is the definition of a one trick pony, when that trick doesnt work he becomes a lower B or C level fighter. He is a great kickboxer with pretty good takedown defense. Fighters like Randy Couture and Fedor that come in with good gameplans will have no problem handling him unless he makes some serious strides. Dont get me wrong, im a fan and love watching him fight, I just dont think there is that big of a difference between him and Pride and him in the UFC. People just know what it takes to beat him now.
