I agree. Rogan also explains what's going on in the Octagon, and just speaks his mind. He has his faults, but he's so much better than all the other MMA commentators. He's enthusiastic, and sometimes that's all that matters.

Randy just seems bored. It's like he really didn't want to commentate, but Dana made him do it anyway. Randy rules, but can he do something else? He sounds like a recorded message, and says the most uninteresting, baseless things. Randy is usually a fun promo, but commentating wise, he's the absolute worst: Boring.

True man, there have been a lot of fighters who have commentated with hit and miss results. Frank and Ken Shamrock were both really good, Frank Mir was excellent. BJ Penn was awful and Bonnar would have been great if his voice wasn't so annoying. As for Rogan for the first couple of years I watched it without him, compared to when he started commentating I know a lot lot more now. He explains to new fans the ins and outs of what is going on.

I'm not sure, im beginning to think not but i'd like to think yes. He needs some lighter opponents to get back into the swing of things, he was awesome before the injury, hopefully he'll over come this little losing streak.

Arlovski beats Werdum by unanimous decision

MMA record 12-5-0

Oh yea, Penn was pretty bad during the Castillo vs Hughes fight at UFC 40. I seem to remember Goldie asking Penn about being able to be on your back, and work while Hughes is dropping elbows. Penn's response? "I think you have to be a wrestler". His voice is also not cut out for commentating. Great fighter, bad commentator. Bonnar was ok, and I liked how he brought up the fact that Frank Shamrock was toying with Tito throughout their(Tito vs Frank) fight, and how Forrest fights better when he's cut.

Ken's really good when he sets his ego aside. He seemed to do really good during the Sylvia vs Ricco fight, and seemed to be a huge Ricco fan. I also liked Ken & Rogan trying to explain how Belfort would win against Couture at UFC 46.

Speaking of UFC 46, I really thought the main event was pure horseshit. Belfort was aiming for Couture's eye, and the fact that it wasn't ruled a NC was shitty as well. Good show, bad main event.

Phil Baroni was also pretty good when he commentated UFC 42. He didn't come off as the usual dumb meat head like he usually does. Ken Shamrock was also really good. Its too bad that Ken didn't stick around the UFC after his retirement in an announcing role.
