That guy moaning and mumbling in the background annoys me.

With one of them wearing headgear they are preventing headbutts.

Lastly, to compete in Olympic boxing I don't think you can have any professional fights. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think the rules for that changed awhile ago but don't quote me on that. Also worth noting is that professional baseball and basketball players have competed in the pan-am and olympic games while being under contract with thier respective teams.
