Looks about the same to me. If he's going to stay at HW he can't really afford to lose any of his bulk if he wants to match up size wise to the other fighters. His bulk seems to really help him when he's got people on the mat. If Roy actually got an appealing physical appearance he would have to go to LHW because he definitely has about 50 lbs of fat he could lose.

You're right, but a lot of them are 6'3" and taller. As a rule of thumb, an extra inch on a man adds about 7-12 pounds in weight. Most LHW are 5'10" - 6'1".

I agree that there were a few that looked like they should lose the weight and fight LHW though, IMO.

It's actually not that much. Muscle weighs about 18% more than fat.
