He's not going to get into any trouble with that. The UFC isn't anal about their image like the NBA or the NFL even. They have allowed fighters to get away with a lot more on public television.

The amount of times Rogan has commented on a fighters 'retard strength' makes me think that no, he won't be in trouble.
