training at team jackson with the atttitude and commitment Mr. Jones (and me?? ;P) has, literally the sky is the limit. I just dont think it would be fair to JBJ at the moment to throw him to Anderson. MH is light years below Anderson so i dont know how much it really means to beat MH... i mean Rich convincingly beat MH and he didnt fair that well vs The Spider.

In fact, i would pay to see Rich vs Jones. I think one or two more wins and that would be a great 1st true elite level fight for JBJ.

mmh i don't know if this statement is really true! Why do you think Jones got more skills to work from then Silva did in his past??

The only thing why i see him become a better fighter then Silva is because of the time and his age. He was born in a better time. MMA is now a big Sport, when Silva grow up and became a fighter, he probably didn't even knew, that MMA would be a sport where he can actually make money from or do for a living. That's the huge advantage Jones has, but i don't consider him to be more talented then Anderson.

Bones Jones seems to be the better athlete with longer reach? I think he can develop power.

If Jones states in an upcoming interview that he's just started strength conditioning I'll crap. I remember reading that after Machida knocked out Silva and thinking "yikes"

I dont' think Jon jones is ready for Anderson yet,, I dont' know if he will ever be ready with his style,, I mean his wild unorthodox style,, if he does that spinning knee punch jump stuff he threw againist Anderson, jones will be picking his chin up off the mat,,
