Programming reminder: UFC 'Countdown to 107' debuts tonight (Dec. 8) on Spike TV

Yes the UFC is improving his Countdown shows that's for sure I watched the Lyoto vs. Rua Countdown like 3 times or so^^ if they get close to this one that would be awesome Ty CC
