Cro Cop Brought In To Beat Sylvia?
I have a hunch Dana White was anxious to bring in a heavyweight that would knock Sylvia out and take the belt. It is pretty obvious that Sylvia is not the most popular or exciting fighter, and therefore not the best person to be wearing the belt in Dana's eyes.

I agree with the fact that Dana has brought him in to beat Sylvia but to end his contract, thats harsh man.

I concur, the last fight I think I had enough time to grow a chia pet. And take a nap.

It is obviously in Dana's best interest to get that belt off Sylvia ASAP.

I disagree, i don't think its harsh at all. this is an entertainment business, Sylvia is no longer an exciting fighter so he will no longer get asses in the seats, he is now a liability. Unless he gets really exciting between now and the time he loses the belt I believe its in Dana best interests to kick him to the curb, it is all about entertainment after all(not 25 minute naps)

If Sylvia's tiny little uppercut dropped AA I'd hate to see what a left high kick from Cro Cop would do to him. Wait neverminf I'd love to see it.

Yeah I do agree with that and see ya point, but you cant just write off the former champ straight away, (no matter how boring/$hit) they are. I think a couple of smaller fights then bye bye Timmy

Tim Sylvia just signed a new four fight contract with the UFC so he is not going any where. In addition to that he still has one fight left on his old contract.
