Mir is an asshole, This was said when he was going against Brock, I hope people finally realize this and stop defending him.

I think UFC generally does a great job with the Countdown shows. They often get me excited for fights I hadn't even thought much about beforehand.

Stuff like this, Unleashed, All Access, TUF and the production values of the UFC PPV and TV events are all just light years beyond what anyone else in the business is doing.

You know, this is a pretty solid card we're getting this weekend.

yeah, even looking at his workout clips compared to bj, mir's workout didn't seem impressive. He was mostly doing dead lifts and incline presses that seemed more like body building, whereas in bj's case, they were really creative in really working on exercises that focuses on making him a better fighter.

Although Mir said it in a douchy way, he is right though that Kongo has lost all his fights in the ufc because of his inability to defend takedowns. He also made a good point when he said that despite this glaring hole in his game, he hasn't really shown any major improvements this weakness. I'm skeptical to believe Kongo has fixed this problem. Lucky for him, Frank isn't really an imposing figure in terms of his wrestling ability.

Even though Mir is an ass and talks to much, Kongo is plain out a horrible person for admitting that he was kneeing Crocop in the balls on purpose... I don't like Crocop or anything but that just makes me want to see Mir rip Kongo's arms off.

I haven't watched it yet, going to take a look at it tonight. I usually love these countdown shows. Even for the weaker cards they are entertaining, let alone a card like this.
