Co-signed. I call it "wrestler's shame." I've dominated many 200lb+ State/Collegiate wrestlers using it, it's just so easy when your opponent is used to shooting with his head on the outside.

Jason Dent was cut? WTF for? Since his return, he has been 1-1, one of his wins being submission of the night. That sucks.

The Kang cut wasnt bad. He lost to Belcher who is far from a world beater and looked like pure shit in the second round against Bisping. He didnt even come close to living up to the hype and he never really has. Im sure Strikeforce will pick him up, they are a big fan of getting fighters the UFC doesnt need or want. Half of there "great" roster is guys that the UFC didnt want for one reason or another.
