But this won't happen with Diego, and may never happen unless he gets spoon-fed another can... like Joe Daddy.
The same Joe Daddy that Diego was incapable of doing any real damage to or putting away? Sanchez may have clearly won that fight but he hardly dominated Stevenson or outclassed him.

3 of those 4 wins have been after the BJ fight though. He beat like Yves and Pellegrino and then got a title shot.

I love how some people are shitting on Joe, you realize Joe got all the same love Diego is getting right now, poor guys who have to fight Penn, half the board loves them and hypes them as the second coming only to dump them like a bad habit once BJ sends them packing, shall I start loading the Gray Maynard and Frankie Edgar hype trains now?

Please do, Ill be on the Frankie Edgar train. Penn is far from infallible and IMO Edgar is much more of a challenging match up for Penn than Diego.

It really has nothing to do with your boy though, fans jump on and of bandwagons in every weight class.

As far as Joe goes he's never been a "can" and it seems trollish to make that suggestion but he's never really shown a second gear either.

He's defiantly a top ten fighter.

I'd actually agree I think Edgar is more of a threat to BJ then Diego is but do not think Frankie is gonna be the one to knock Penn of though. I can't believe Frankie Edgar is collecting wins behind the scenes the way he is and nobody is really taking notice

I believe currently that the only way BJ would lose at LW is by a decision. Right now (and ill get flamed for this im sure) i think the only one who could take BJ to a decision and win is Tyson Griffin.
