not a 3-5 round beating, but let's not forget Jones/Hamill. That was as lop-sided as they come.

Fighters I enjoy watching:
Quinton "Rampage" Jackson
Martin Kampman
Jake Shields
Thiago Tavares
Urijah Faber

Joe Rogan NutHugger...and proud of it

...There are too many to list...

...Houston Alexander vs. Keith Jardine
...Matt Brown vs. Pete Sell
...Chuck Liddell vs...Tito Ortiz (1)
...Anderson Silva vs. Chris Leben
...Cheick Kongo vs. Mustafa Al-Turk
...Brock Lesnar vs. Heath Herring
...GSP vs. Matt Serra (2)

There are really too many to list. I just picked a few off the top of my head. I'm sure there are tons that I've missed. Think about the Pride beatdowns

...and last night B.J. Penn slicing Sanchez up like a tomato. B.J. looked incredible last night. Penn without any doubt is the very best in the world at 155. That gash from B.J.'s headkick was NASTY! The only one I can compare to that was Vitor Belfort slicing Marvin Eastman's forehead wide open. "Man, looks like he got hit with an axe"....Rogan.

I'm shocked Anderson Silva v. Chris Leben hasn't got more love, Anderson completely tooled Leben. This is still my favorite Silva fight, utter domination.

Nick Diaz v. Koji Oishi, haha, Koji tries to block Nick's punches with his fist mid-punch, needless to say his defense doesn't work effectively and Oishi gets beaten like a red-headed stepchild.

Chuck Liddell v. Vernon 'he's still got his claws out, Tiger' White, not only does Rogan provide us with a hilarious phrase, but Chuck does his thing, in his prime. I wonder if any poaching laws were violated?

GSP v. Jason Miller, while lately, GSP's developed wrestling skill and incredible top control have provided a slew of one-sided beatdowns, my favorite is the one he layed down on Mayhem, who actually seemed to enjoy being dominated so bad that he calls for a ball gag between rounds instead of his mouthguard.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man."

Nastiest beatdown i've seen is Brandon Lee Hinkle demolishing Sean Gannon.

What about that other flavour of beating?! The, "I barely had time to adjust my balls and the fight is over." type humiliations.

Marquart vs Maia
Mire vs Kongo
Penn vs Uno
Vitor vs Franklin
Silva vs anyone who comes out swinging

I *LOVE* that shit. I mean... I'm all for long marathon beatings like what GSP and Penn like to dish out lately, but show some love for the "what the **** happened" fights. Fights that are hard to call good fights because barely anything happened.

O, and putting Machida vs Shogun in amongst the other beatings is bordering on sacrilegious! That fight was awesome and by no means a beatdown. The others we are talking about were uncomfortable to watch. Had me squirming.
