Buentello lost imo.
Kenny looked great.
BJ looked phenomenal.

Now, you said you watched the countdown and yet still ignorantly mention steroids? Rewatch the program and actually listen to his new Strength and muscle building workouts.

I dislike Mir, but to even bring up roids to such a dedicated fighter is pathetic.

Although I usually would freak out on people who say something like this, I wont because im feeling nice today, lol just kidding im always nice but seriously man, He went on a new weight gaining and extreme cardio program.

Its not "Juice" or roids. Its hard work. And in this case aswell as most cases, Hard work paid off

No sorry, haven't you heard? The UFC is falling apart and all their shows suck and they have no good fighters anymore, and Kimbo lost etc. etc. etc.

This card was pretty damn good. In fact, very few cards have been this good lately.

Nah it didn't look like a roided physique but who knows. It's not outta the question though so I won't flame you ... 25 pounds of muscle (didn't seem like he put on much fat, actually looked more cut) in 5 months is an insane amout to put on, especially for someone already at 240.

People that big have a really hard time putting on and maintaining so much muscle. It's either an insane amount of lifting, cardio AND eating, or the fishy route. I remember Gonzaga tried really hard to bulk up after the Werdum fight, and he barely managed to put on 5 lbs of muscle and as much fat... and Gonzaga seems to have a naturally bigger frame and gorilla muscle tendency compared to Mir.

Frank wieghed in at 245 at 100. He's also a natural athlete type of person so I think it's legit until proven otherwise. For a big dude like him, putting on 20lbs is probably more akin to someone at 170 putting on 7-10 lbs. He's 6'3'' and has a huge upper body.
