interesting how so many people in this post ahve a tinge of curtness when discussing Asian fighters...but they take it as a given to naturally give American fighters the benefit of the doubt.

Honestly....the UFC could benefit from more Gono's and Minowa's than Junie Browning's, Mac Danzig's, and Baroni's

Sometimes i wonder wtf is wrong with you and your anti UFC bias, if you cant see the greatness that is Anderson Silva i feel pity for you as a fan.

No Japanese fighter is gonna KO Anderson, I'd bet the bank on that, none of them could strike with him and the likelyhood of subbing him now is very, very, very slim. Factor in the worst matchup for him is really wrestlers and there arent really any great japanese wrestlers and i really dont see WTF you are talking about other then living in the past and not acknowledging his vast improvements.

Short memory much? Obviously an MMA fight can easily go the other way and as history has shown Anderson Silva can be defeated especially by crafty opponents skilled in submission.

You might say that there are no great Japanese fighters, well I say that there are plenty of good ones there that Americans simply not know about. Again they have shown that they have a better chance of beating AS, this is why AS now only fights other Americans.
