...That's cool. First they were $29.95. Then they went to $39.95 & now $44.95 within 5 years. I wish they would put PPV level Championship fights on Spike once in a while. It would pay dividens down the road. For instance wouldn't it be cool to see Anderson, Lyoto, GSP, B.J. or Brock defend their titles free on Spike? Of course we would. It would be a smart move by Zuffa to do that. You earn more cool points with the fans, they'll keep on coming...

He pretty much says they aren't going to lower them because they actually know what they are doing.

Think about it guys, is lowering the prices going to make that much of a difference? 300,000 are going to be bought at the price they are at now. Lower the price to half that is not going to over double the amount sold. They could probably make more money but increasing the price by 5-10 dollars then they could gain by decreasing the price.

Anyone who pays 50 bucks to watch the fights is a f*cking idiot. If they were reasonably priced I would buy them but being as they cost as much as they do I go in on it with like ten friends or end up going to the bar and watching it. I think if they cut their price in half they would get far more buys and maybe not piss so many off that pay their salaries.
