NICK C has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I was rooting for McDonald against Leben but Franklin would murder him. And I think we're gonna see Jardine and Rampage next. Then the winner gets Lidel. Somebody mentioned Rashad in the mix.

All this talk about fixed upper cards is just getting ridiculous. So now you know the fix the upper cards? There is a possibilty that they could try and get people to drag it out, Bas used to do it all the time without anyone telling him to, most of the time he just wanted to prove he could go the distance.

Now lets say they were to pay Jardine (even though it is unlikely he will get the shot at him soon) to lose the fight. Well how much would they have to pay him? Think about it, would you rather keep your pride and possibly win the fight and then have all kinds of money from sponsors and future fights, or just get a good 120grand at one time and lose the fight and never get the chance to get the kind of money the champs do. And if he did beat Chuck then there are more possibilities to goto Pride, and he would have a much larger fan base which he could use as leverage when discussing contracts with the UFC. I don't think it would even be in the UFC's best interest business wise to pay fighters to throw fights. It is well known how much they like rematches and rubber matches, and they bring in a lot of profit.

So just think about all that next time someone on the board knows that the UFC fixes the fights.
