100% with every you say. Forrest was winning the fight between him and Jardine hand downs. Forrest is a much better striker than Jardine, Jardine just landed one punched that rocked Forrest and followed up like anyone would. Like you said it could happen to anyone.

Tito would eat Jardine alive, it would be over in the first round and Jardine would be a bloody mess.

Jardine is good but he's not tito or chuck good. I'd give him a round with chuck before he gets kicked in the face and knocked out.

SOOO many ignorant posts. The truth is, if Jardine wasn't robbed in his fight with Bonnar, and his record was now 5-0 in the UFC, all of you would be on his ****.

Not sure if anyone is being rude towards Jardine...just honest. It does not matter if he was 1-0 or 10-0 he is what he is. A decent fighter but thats all at this point in his career. Maybe one day he will be great but who knows. His stand up is very average. Thats not being rude saying that, its the truth.

And the truth is Forrest is a sloppy striker, and that's why he looked good against a guy like Tito, who isn't a striker and likes to brawl(even though at times Tito got the better) and he got beaten by a more techincal guy like Jardine.

The truth is this, no matter who the hell it is, if you have 5 straight wins in the UFC more then 95% of people on this forum will think your a god. In my book he does have 5 straight.

Jardine is not a better techincal striker than Forrest. Jardine was losing that fight hands down until he landed that one punch. Forrest was picking him apart until Jardine landed that punch. (thats why Forrest was so mad after the fight, he knew he lost to a lesser fighter).

Yes agree even though Forrest is a better techincal striker than Jardine he is sloppy. Until Forrest learns to cover up better and pick his spots better (like Chuck) Forrest is going to have problems when he faces a guy with KO power like Jardine. Forrest just can't depend on good striking skills and a good chin....someone will KO you like that. In this case he was KO'ed by Jardine but it could of been anyone with power.
