Diego Sanchez will never be the same after this fight..
EDIT: What the hell is the matter with you Stokes, your puny neg reps have no effect on me or my reputation, but nice job with the personal unwarranted attacks hiding behind the flawed reputation system, asswipe.

I think he will. I mean Penn was tooled by GSP to the point where they stopped early. Look at Fitch, he is still on a huge win streak. Look at Mir. I think that he will be alright.

BJ didn't really get beat up like that. And Fitch looked like crap since then. Doesn't look like he'll ever be an elite fighter. I think BJ ruined Diego to be honest.

I have to wonder what these dudes think when they look in the mirror the next day. My brother was a fighter (RIP) and I only saw him get whipped once. I thought he might quit at the time but, as do these guys I imagine, he just took the time to heal, started training again, and forward he went.
It's that fighter mentality...not just anyone can do this. And not just the physical side...the mental toughness, drive, dedication, and stamina is just as critical.
We'll have to wait and see "what" Diego returns to the Octagon but my money is that he will come back in true warrior fashion and dominate most all of the 155 lb division.
But I believe he'll be back...it's what he is. And anyone who steps into the Octagon knows what chances he/she is taking.

...Heck it's only Diego's 3rd loss. Like they say, you comeback stronger. Florian hasn't lost his edge...literally- with those razor elbows of his. He outclassed Guida bigtime last weekend. Guida looked like he wrecked his car and went through the windshield! Diego has some serious heart. I think a Florian/Sanchez 2 would be a great fight. It should happen. It almost has too. Looks like Frankie Edgar is in the mix. I think Edgar should fight Kenny or Diego. He took out Sherk, so he should get a shot at the top tier of the LW division...

I agree. And Diego has enormous amounts of heart and he is by far one of the hardest workers in the UFC. He always comes to fight. He never allows a fight to be boring. I don't care if you are the champion of the world, if you dint leave it all in the cage, you aren't a real fighter. Guys like sanchez who let it all hang loose and fight their hearts out are real fighters. I know he will be back. Watch and see!

Diego has true heart like GSP said Alves will get better from that loss, and he got better from his loss to Hughs....
Same here, plus Diego's inner Chi is probably his focus right now with all that Tony Robbins stuff.....
Yeah Diego is fine he wins his next 5 fights you heard it here 1st.....
Thought you saw fierce before, now he is two things, motivated and pissed....
