Sanchez out for awhile?
 

Yahoo sports has this picture of Diego Sanchez.


He looks pretty beat up. It sucks that he will probably be out for awhile. He is a very exciting fighter and I can't wait to see him back! They did not say when he was going to be ready to fight again.

Who do you guys think took a bigger beating? Either way these two shoed tremendous heart! Gotta respect them both as fighters!

What about Nate Quarry's fight before he took all that time off? That was quite a beating as well, right? Sorry, cant remember who he fought.

I forgot how busted up Fitch was after that GSP fight. His left eye is... scary!

Although I would say Diego was more beat up just because of that huge cut across his forehead.

it\'s crazy to see the aftermatch since during the fight it hardly looks like they are getting bruised up most of the time.

Fitch looks worse in that picture because it\'s immediately after the fight at the presser, while Sanchez pic is a day or so after his fight. Both were messed up afterwards though, it\'s a close one.

Fitch look\'s bad but it\'s just a bunch of bruises.

diego might need some reconstructive surgery. His face probably blew up puffy and black and blue the next day.

Fitch got a much worse beating for the full 5 rounds. The difference being that Fitch wasn\'t able to clinch against the cage like Diego could to avoid damage at times. But Diego\'s huge cut, and his disgusting meat-lip is definitely the equalizer if there is one.

Honestly?... I would rather be Fitch. That cut on the lip is a mothafuker and will fu<k up Diegos day so many times hes gonna wish he could cut his lip off. Granted, Fitch looks far more scary in a traditional Zombie kind of way, but man, the more you look at Sanchez the more you realize that must really ******* hurt everytime he does anything involving his face.

Not to mention the fact that the picture of Sanchez seems to be not directly after the fight, whereas Fitch is clearly at the post fight. I\'m curious to see if that\'s simply a picture where Sanchez has cleaned up a bit. I remember him looking much more beat up than that.
