Probably not, but I have to admit I didn't think much of him or give him much of a chance before this fight. I have to say I was impressed and I will admit I was wrong. I went back and watched some of his previous fights and my thought is he should probably have gotten the decision over Bonnar.

I totally agree he needs to become the UFC heel. That would be awesome. He can start out by talking lots of shit after the fight.

I liked Jardine going in. Besides, somebody needed to beat Forrest's ass. He'll be better for it.

Yha the funny thing is that eventhough he looks like that I have heard he is a really nice person. As Boner He looks like one of those guys you have nightmares about.

Is it me or did anyone else notice that Jardine's fighting style ( his movements to be more specific )look very similar to Diego Sanchez's same movements...I know they train at the same camp, if you get a chance to see the fight again, look closely at Jardine's movement. It's been working for Diego, maybe Jackson is on to something at that camp.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Favorite Fighters:

Chuck Liddell
Rich Franklin
Diego Sanchez

I really wasn't impressed by Jardine. He lost the fight up until the point he got the knock out. I'm not even a fan of Forrest but that wasn't really as big of a win as you're all making it seem. He was getting picked apart and his leg was red from kicks. He showed he has some good power but he's not a top level fighter.

I'm a Forrest fan, but I had a feeling that Jardine would give him a hard fight. I didn't expect Jardine to kick ass like he did, but in the fights I had seen him compete in, he looked impressive.

dont know what your talking about. He was very active and landed some pinpoint acuate puches. If that doesnt make a good fighter than what does.

I am reading all of the ideas about Jardine giving out high fives and I like it. "You drove 500 miles so your son could watch his hero beat me??? Sorry guy, high five!" Or maybe after he knocks his next opponent out he can pick up the opponents lifeless wrist and slap him a good ole HIGH 5 with the glee of a teenager getting to bang an NFL cheerleader.

A groan of tedium escapes me...
