Exactly! Stop and think how many people don't know what Pride is! Hell, I know a lot of people who don't even know what the UFC let alone Pride! If they are not familiar with that organization then they definitly won't know who Cro Cop is! If he gets a title shot right away and loses, people will start ranking him next to Nate Quarry! So they need to build him up in the UFC!

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

yeah they have to amp them up its the first rule in promoting both rampage and cro crop are big names in mma but the average UFC fan doesnt know about pride or the first thing about fighting. So these are foreighn names to them. They have to make them well known first. They are diffenately getting one freebee and possibly another before a title fight.

Rampage is already scheduled to fight in the next ppv

Cabbage would be funny, not a good fight, but funny. He might die though so maybe we should stay away from that one. AA and Vera will be top matches.
