Tito - Liddell 3?

no f'ing way. Styles make fights and it couldn't more painfully clear that Tito's style is ill-suited for taking on Liddell. Tito simply cannot handle Chuck's fire and he has no idea how to get him on the ground. That being the case, you could have this fight ten times and the result would be the same. Tito's head get hammered with strikes, he crumbles to the mat and covers up like a little girl. Fight over.

Who needs to see that again???

See, you say that, but look at what he has done to his last few opponents. He's not sloppy, he's just not the style of kickboxer that your used to seeing. Some Chute Boxe buys would tell you that Chuck is sloppy, he's not, it's just a different style of fighting. (In Chuck's case, that style is Hawaiian Kempo)

Irvin has, in my opinion, better standup than Tito. At least he and Vera pose some danger to Chuck while they are standing. I do expect Irvin to get KO'd but I expect him to make it look like he deserves to be there. I also expect him to make it more exciting than the possibility of watching Tito get his ass kicked again.

Who called Tito a submission fighter and what are they smoking? (and where can I get some?) Tito has been, and always will be, a straight ground and pound fighter. That's why he couldn't capitalize with Chuck on his back. Frankly, Tito would have been better off in Chuck's guard, then he might have known what to do.

I see Tito fighting either Rashad or Jardine in the immediate future, and this time he might lose to a TUF fighter. He should have last time, in my opinion.

Either way, Tito will really have to make a miraculous comeback and finish everyone in his path to deserve another title fight, in my mind. If he crushes the other guys on my list then let him have the shot, maybe he'll actually show up ready next time.

On the other hand, I don't know if Tito is still physically capable of cutting to middleweight, if he is I think he would have a great shot at running that division. I think if anyone can take Anderson down and do damage, it's Tito, and I would pay money to watch that fight.

Well, his last fight with Ramirez was basically a slugfest.

He was getting beat pretty bad at one point but withstood the punishment and caught Ramirez with a nice hook as he was coming in with a lazy jab (I think?).

The fight was very exciting but he did not really do a good job of protecting himself when he needed to. I think Griffin or Jardine would be a better matchup for him.

There is no reason for these guys to have another fight. There are a handful of guys that are ahead of Tito for the next shot at the title. Right now Jardine is looking good, after finishing Forrest in a way that Tito couldn't. Vera should probably be next, if he wants to come down to 205. Rampage will be on the UFC 67 card, and he's already beaten Chuck once, even if it wasn't in the UFC.

Anyway, point is, there's a good sized list of guys that I'd rather see fight Chuck before Tito gets a third, pointless shot at Chuck. Here's my list:

Rampage Jackson
Brandon Vera
James Irvin
Rashad Evans
Dean Lister (if he wants to be a lightheavyweight)

If they win a few more fights:

Michael Bisping
Keith Jardine
Jardine has done a whole lot more than Irvin. who the f u c k has Irvin beat that would even allow his name to be brought up into contention converstation

Yeah he wouldn't want to complain and never shut up about losing for something like an early stoppage...or a finger in the eye.

Gimmie a fcuking break. Tito is nothing but a big fat mouth attached to an excuse sack. When isn't he blaming his shitty performances on being injured or getting poked in the eye, having a bad childhood, etc...he's a B-level fighter with a lot of fans who don't know squat about MMA and don't care to. They think it's just like professional wrestling but "real"...they don't get it that the best costume and ring persona dos net get you a win when it's "real". And here's the annoying part...all of these fcuking loser fans who were talking so much shit before Tito had his ass so thoroughly and easily handed to him will cowardly stay quiet until we all move on to something else and then they'll start chiming in with their "Tito was robbed" nonsense. Go back to your WWE and your fcuking backyard wrestling videos on Youtube for christ sake.
