UFC messing with fights

alot of people say the ufc is fixed and i would always jump to the ufc's defense but after the liddel ortiz fight im not so sure. in the first round chuck downed tito and tito was noticably hurt wen he got back up. there was 45 seconds left in the round. chuck could have easily won but didnt throw another punch. i dont think they fix the outcomes of the fights i think that they told chuck and tito to have it go more than one round and not be a 1 round ko like liddels last couple of fights were. ne 1 agree or disagree

fear is only an obstacle, you can either beat it or succumb to it

I'm not going to sit here and say that they are fixed or not but the reason Chuck did'nt finish Ortiz off in the 1st round was because he gassed out. Ortiz being the melon head that he is did not capitolize on this.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Well the reason he didnt capitalize may be because he's a "melon head" or maybe it was because he just got the living hell beat out of him and was lucky to be able to stand let alone takedown Chuck.

But anyway I dont think the fight was fixed.

Its always possible that PRide or UFC or any fight could be fixed, but highly doubtful the organiation itself would fix a fight. They have little to gain and everything to lose.

Its a silly subject and if you like MMA should ignore these things because its pointless.

This is just a silly thread.

For most of you, ignorance is bliss, but for me it's about the truth.

I don't think the fight was fixed but why is everyone so against the idea that a fight could be fixed?

There have been fixes in every sport from football, baseball, basketball, soccer, boxing, ect. so whats makes you think that there it has never happened (or never will happen) in MMA?
