I honestly can't choose, as they were completely different. Both shows were really fun, and flew by.

With UFC 66, you had Jardine pounding Forrest's head into paste, Liddell showing why he's one of the best today, MacDonald becoming a low rent Sakuraba, and Bisping getting a win over a quality opponent.

With Shockwave, you had Mark Hunt just giving it his all, Aoki being the awesome sub specialist he is, Thompson pounding Yoshida, & Melendez vs Kawajiri.

They were just different shows, but still maintained that level of fun you'd expect in the big show setting.

Have to give the edge to UFC, because there were some nice surprises and Chuck-Tito was so hyped. Hell, I picked Chuck but deep down I knew Tito had a chance, like in any MMA fight. It felt like a really big-time fight.
Shockwave was really good, but UFC stole a bit of Pride's thunder with Mirko and Quinton.

I think UFC actually got Jackson from WFA.

For me, I like Shockwave better. But, I like Pride better. So, hmm.

I know, but what I mean is the extra announcements mean something to a fight fan who knows about Pride. That's all. It was exciting to hear. Shockwave was a good card, though. Kawajiri-Melendez was awesome.

I think I would go with Shockwave. I liked the brawl then KO between Jardine and Forrest, the Tito Liddell fight really didnt excite me because it went pretty much the way I thought. Bisbing didnt show me that much, though I was impressed with Shafer cause I thought he was just a can before. Arlovski fight sucked like I knew it would. Thiago Alves really impressed me, he should join Chute Box.

My favorite fight of Shockwave was Kawajiri vs Melendez, just a fight that had everything and lots of good slugfest moments. I thought Kawajiri took it though but it was close. Loved seeing Nog get revenge and convincingly showing he is one of the best Heavyweights in the world still. Fedor Hunt was pretty sweet. I was actually a little scared when Hunt was going for the Kumora, he definetly showed some ground skills. Gomi tearing through Ishida was pretty sweet and Aokis crazy flexibility submission was awesome. Definetly had to give it to Pride, UFC has really gotta start showing all of their fights on the PPV, alot of the undercard bouts are really entertaining and you get to see up and comers.

I liked the main event in Shockwave with Fedor and Mark Hunt more than Tito and Liddell. But both were awesome though!!
