I like him but...

I hope Grey loses tonight...

he's a decent fighter, and a pretty cool guy but I really don't want to see a Maynard Vs Penn fight. The UFC is kind of making us think that if Grey beats Diaz then he's going for a title shot and that would be a waste of a Penn fight IMO

So .. yeah, go Diaz.

I think Edgar is rumored to fight for the title. But either way, Diaz/maynard/Edgar vs penn...none of these fights interest me.

I'd like to see Jim Miller in the mix

i'm finding it increasingly difficult to get excited for any fight involving Penn since the GSP fight because there just isn't any real threats to him at LW in the UFC, but Jim Miller is a decent shout. The only reason to get excited to see Penn fight at the moment is because it's interesting to see how he finishes the fight, not whether or not he will win.

Favourite Fighter

Renato Sobral

Always appreciating the fine workings of Sakara, Almeida, Gonzaga

There is no one @ 155 in the UFC who can even challenge Penn.

To UFC: Sign Aoki or GTFO.

Aoki would get destroyed by Penn, sadly. I love me some Aoki, but his standing game is light years behind BJ's. UFC needs to sign Alvarez. Him and Gomi are the only possible threats I see to him, and Gomi is still a long shot, too.

Even if Aoki got the fight to the ground, I still think Penn would be able to negate Aoki's ground game. Also, if Aoki pulled guard I think Penn would sub his ass.

I think Aoki or Alverez would be the only sellable fights. No one currently under Zuffa contract has a prayer. Unless Anderson can cut 30 more pounds. I think BJ may vacate the title. He has a shot against GSP if he's not concerned with being able to cut back down to 155 afterwards.

Yeah no matter who beat who and when none of them will make an interesting fight against BJ. Maybe Penn should move up...hmmm...

I'd love to see Gomi make a run at the title, but I dont think he will. Plus it would take him a while to get a title shot and by then BJ wouldve probably vacated the title.

Anyone has a chance to beat anyone in a fight, but I think the guys who have the best chance against BJ right now are Kawajiri, Alvarez, Yamamoto...good wrestling guys with heavy hands.

I want to see Penn vs Alvarez and Penn vs Kawajiri.

Maybe Penn vs Gomi.

And Penn vs Florian 2 next year if Kenflo builds another streak.
