I like Nate a lot but he needs to be realistic here. I say stick at LW and just go on an intense strength and conditioning programme and add some quality mass to his frame. His boxing isn't awful, but yeah, it could always do with some work. A move to Welterweight is the last thing he should be thinking about.

I can't stand Nate at all. Is he missing a chromosome or something. If he is then I'll feel bad, if not then I hate his guts.

PS he sucks and has the strength of an 11 year old asian girl

Constructive critisism I guess, for a guy with such poor strength (your words) he did do a fair amount of damage to Gray's face (esp. compared to what damage Maynard did to Diaz).

He is too weak. He has very little strength, his technique is very good so he is fine at 155 but the UFC 170 pounders would be too much for him physically.

I'm soo exited about this, I can't wait for him to be beaten sensless at 170. Guys such a douchbag like his brother with their toughguy act. Hopefully he'll lose a few more fights and be put on the undercard for the rest (hopefully not long) of his UFC career.

in no way this is a good idea for him to move up. His striking isnt that good and the wrestlers at that weight would pretty much have their way with him. he is a boney tall guy that would make it real easy for wrestlers to get a hold of his legs not to mention how much stronger they would be.

I cant see him beating guys like of Hughes GSP or even kos.
