The whole thing is along with Tito's contract disputes there was something Dana said about Tito's wife at the time I believe. I read about it along time ago but Tito wigged out about it and that's why they are brawling (or allegedly brawling, in teh distant future, on another planet.)

I think that has more to do with the fact that Dana doesn't pick the judges. If he did, we would not have lopsided judging from boxing judges that really don't have a clue. It has nothing to do with Dana saying he is boss like you mentioned. No matter how much people complain about Dana, he knows his shit and is a big part of why everyone can b!tch about him(UFC). If it weren't for him, UFC would either be gone, or a whole other direction of where it is. It already could be the direction of WWE. Entertainment, not MMA

Aren't judges provided by the state athletic commission, and not by the UFC? That would be pretty stupid if the organization itself picked the judges.

Good points, Rockbass. I'm not knocking Dana, however. It was just a thought. In fact I made a post saying something very similar in a few posts back.
I think Dana and Zuffa are the best thing to happen to MMA in many years.

The last I read, the fight had to be put off due to the athletic commission having an issue about the weight difference between Dana and Tito. I'm pretty sure it was Dana that brought it up.
