Hate to say it but I stopped believing in Cro Cop awhile ago. He's got a good chance at losing this fight.

As an ex Mirco as my top fighter (back in PRIDE) fan, I'd have to agree... Hasn't he already made interview after interview about how his heart for fighting has long gone? He's probably longing for end of his contract so he can go fishing full time, sad but likely true.

It's fairly obvious he is well past his best and really hasn't adapted to the UFC, but anyone who watched Pride will ALWAYS have that little sliver of hope this will be the fight he turns it around-no matter how unlikely.

It's tough to call. Some will assume that because Ben was trounced by Velasquez, he's not at all a threat to a former top contender in Mirko Cro Cop. Such is not the case. While Rothwell certainly had a lackluster showing against Cain, he's still a very formidable opponent, and all around game fighter. He could easily bring the fight to Cro Cop. Now, having said that, Ben isn't so skilled that an aging Mirko couldn't completely remove his head from the remainder of his body. It really is a tough fight to call, in my opinion, anyway. Could Ben Rothwell defeat a half hearted Mirko Cro Cop? Very much so. Could Mirko Cro Cop, with even a slightly proper mind set, brutally KO Ben Rothwell? You bet your ass. I'm actually looking forward to this one.

Made me sad.

Always supporting:
Forrest
Machida
Wandy
Velasquez

Anderson Silva vs. Jon Jones is the best match-up the UFC has ever been able to arrange. Here's to hoping it goes down.
