Cro Cop and Vera should not drop-at least not yet

Why is everyone begging for Vera and Cro Cop to drop weight? The light heavyweight division is just fine. Both should stay in heavyweight and try to add to the depth of that division, at least for now. I know a lot of people want to see Cro Cop vs. the Iceman, but it shouldn't happen any time soon. Cro Cop has a chance to be champ at heavyweight, and he'd certainly do more for the sport's popularity that Big Tim has so far.

I agree they both should stay at HW . By that same token Shogun should stay at LHW for now and not move up to HW. The 205 lbs. division is really good right now. Also Cro Cop moving down to 205 would be just unfair. Besides Chuck, Wandy, and Shogun there isn't anyone at 205 that packs enough dynamite in their fists to have a chance against Mirko. And even those 3 guys who are amazing in their own right would be serious underdogs against Cro Cop (Wandy took his ass whoopin not too long ago).

I agree. The addition of these 2 not only adds depth but a diverse number of styles among the UFC heavyweights, much like Pride did with the arrival of Coleman, followed by Nog, then Fedor.

Speaking of Big Nog, so I'd love to see him added to UFC. He's already fought Fedor and Barnett several times, so there's not much point of another go round with either. But he's still an elite fighter and would do a hell of a lot for the HW division. Plus, he submitted Cro Cop before, so there's already a backstory for a rematch there.

Yah mon. Nog takes a good shot, keeps a poker face, and keeps on fighting. Him and Sakuraba kill me how they bleed but show no emotion.

A matchup between him and Vera has me intrigued based purely on what's NOT so obvious such as tendencies and...my favorite part of the fight to examine. And that's intangibles.
