SF's HW division is plenty stacked right now and it has apparently the person he wants to fight the most. But he's unwilling to set the date for the fight and he hasn't defended his title.
What the hell do you want Overeem? Why don't you commit to your current organization instead of talking about the UFC?

I beg to differ. It's the smartest thing Overeems ever done. He has the ufc and strike force by the balls right now.
1 He has Strike Force belt,
2 the ufc is doing everything they can to steal talent out of strike force.
He's getting the best deal he can, and he's being smug about it. Good for him.

Under the right terms and conditions = If they let me piss off to Japan every five minutes.
**** Overeem, I'm tired of him now. Not fighting in the States since 2007 and now that Strikeforce have finally got a decent group of heavyweights together he still refuses to defend 'his' belt.
He must be on steroids, absolutely must be. I don't think he's scared of fighting better fighters in Strikeforce, I think he's scared of getting drug tested.

It is really bad when pretty much everyone accepts the fact that he is roiding, with very little dissent (if any). That is telling me that it is so obvious that even the deniers can't defend him without looking foolish with their head in the sand.
A word to Overeem, the UFC will never let you fight without a drug test. Therefore the "right terms" will never exist. Plus, fight Fedor, and then you can start talking shit to people again.

Ubereem probably wants to sign with the UFC the same way he did Strikeforce free to run from anybody and everybody who is an actual contender and instead squash cans in Japan and fight in K-1.

Overeem is a handful for anyone at heavyweight, but he signed with strikeforce before strikeforce had their big TV deals and such, and probably isn't in a position to make very much by coming to America and fighting Fedor or whoever. In Europe he is one of the most popular fighters out of Golden Glory and probably makes a killing in European only sponsorships.
The reality is he is probably ducking Fedor, not because he's scared, but because he understands that coming to America to fight for less money, and losing, could hurt his earning potential elsewhere in the future.
Not justifying his ducking of Strikeforce, just trying to give a different perspective than the same old Roid allegations.

I would guess that Overeem uses steroids on a regular basis and it has become pretty much a part of his everyday life.
If he were to suddenly stop or limit that amount in order to pass screening he would probably suffer more mentally and physically. If you understand what I am saying. Steroids do a lot more then build muscle. They have a strong effect on ones psyche. Fact is very few know the proper protocol for good post cycle therapy or PCT. Without it one could suffer from numerous side effects. Everyone knows that fighting is more mental then physical and this is why I believe so many have those lackluster performances when they transfer from Japan to the US.

I disagree, he does not have the UFC by the balls or SF. I don't know why SF hasn't stripped him of the belt yet or created an interim belt, however the do continue to move on without him. As far as the UFC is concerned, have you heard DW or any one else in the UFC discuss Overeem as a targeted signing for their roster. I may have missed something but to my knowledge they have not. Even if he were to fight in the states and "run" from Fedor to the UFC, he is in for a rude awakening. The HW's in the UFC are certainly not cans and with skills beyond Overeem's kickboxing. Like someone said earlier, its MMA not K1. I am certainly not saying that he would get destroyed by everyone, however he would certainly have a rough road to ever challenge for the belt.

He's one of the few fighters that has become scarier as time progressed. Compare his old fights to now he's super jacked up...
